QCK Gymnastics Club
Dec. 19, 2008 (Update and Reminder)

To parents of competitive gymnasts:

At times coaches distribute meet information without first consulting the office. When meet information comes to the office from other clubs, it has a deadline, set by the host club, to have all the entries and payment in. We ask coaches NOT to distribute meet information without that “CLUB” deadline being changed; We move the host club’s deadline back so that families get their entries in to the office PRIOR to when the office has to get it to the host club. We also change the “please make cheques payable” area, so that all meet fees are payable to QCK. We then send ONE club cheque to the host club for all entries.

It is imperative that you get your waiver and payment to the office prior to the deadline set by QCK, regardless of what it says on the host club’s website. We need this extra time to fill in the required forms, have a cheque prepared and signed, and mail the package to the host club so it arrives within their deadline.

ANY late submissions (ie: payment and waiver not in by the deadline set by QCK) will be subject the late charge indicated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
