Competitive Athlete Kits 

Having a complete kit prepared for regular training/competitions will ensure that you are always prepared. Kits could include: Competition suit/windsuit, warm up suit, extra underwear, socks, slip on shoes, hairbrush, clips, elastics, scrunchies, gel/spray, grips/wrist supports, water bottle, light snacks, floor music, nail clippers/file/polish remover, feminine products, gym tape/pro-wrap, etc.

 

Nutrition/Sleep

Proper nutrition is mandatory for optimum training and competing. Bring nutritious foods with you to training. Don't rely on the concession or leaving the venue.  Regular sleep is important to keep up with your training schedule.

Equipment 

Some groups/athletes may require some or all of these:

 Athletic tape - available at the office.

 Pro-wrap

Ankle weights

Grips/gauze

Notebook, pen, paper

Theraband tubing
