Jennifer Ostapowich of QCK Gym Club captured second place and the silver medal in today's event final competition with a score of 8.80 for women's vault. She also competed in the Floor Exercise final and scored 8.55 for 6th place and 7.9 for 8th place on Balance Beam.
Other finalists from QCKGC were Laura Sims - 6th on Vault, David Williams - 4th on Pommel Horse, and Dexter Tandardini - 8th on Horizontal Bar.

These Queen City Kinsmen Gymnastics Club athletes have all qualified for an event final at the 2003 Canada Summer Games being held in Beausejour, MB August 1-4. Congratulations and good luck to them all. Event finals take place later today, Mon. Aug. 4.

The Saskatchewan women's team placed third and the men's team, fourth.
